THE DETAILS

Hamlet and The Taming of the Shrew will each be performed 10 times over the course of four weeks. The alternating productions begin performances Wednesday, July 10 and run through Sunday, August 4, 2024, at our home on the campus of the University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford. Performances will be Wednesday through Sunday evenings.

THE TICKETS

General Admission tickets for each show: $25.

Seniors (65 and up), full-time students (with ID), active military (with ID), groups of 10 or more: $17 each.

DOUBLE UP! Save when you purchase tickets to enjoy both Hamlet and The Taming of the Shrew!

General Admission tickets when purchasing both shows: $20 per person for each show

Seniors, full-time students, active military, and groups of 10 or more: $15 per person for each show

GROUPS of 10 or more can also get special reserved lawn locations.

We know Greater Hartford Shakespeare Festival fans love to pack some impressive picnics, but we know not everyone has time! New in 2024, the University of Saint Joseph will be selling food and beverages 90 minutes prior to showtime.

The performance menu includes:

• Beer & Hard Seltzer - $6.00 each
• Red & White Wine - $ 9.00 per glass
• Sodas & Bottled Water - $2.00 each
• All-beef Hot Dogs- $4.00 each
• Sausage & Peppers Grinder - $9.00 each
• Freshly-popped Popcorn - $6.00 per bag
• Nacho Chips with Cheese Sauce - $5.00 each
• Candy Bars - $3.00 regular/$5.00 movie theater-size

Menu subject to change, items available while supplies last. All condiments, cutlery, and paper goods provided with food purchases.
