Naugatuck Offering 6 Parcels For Sale

NAUGATUCK, CT — The Borough of Naugatuck is soliciting Requests for Proposals for the sale and development of Borough owned real estate. There are a total of six real estate parcels that are being offered for sale.

The goal of the program is to sell parcels for a reduced price in order to increase the grand list. The six parcels are located on Mullberry Street, Maple Hill Road, Rubber Avenue, Grandview Avenue, Springdale Avenue and North Main Street.
