New Legal Graffiti Wall in Linden Park

A large-scale attempt to prevent graffiti vandalism.

An issue that we all are aware of is graffiti vandalism within Naugatuck. We used to have a legal wall in Linden Park but it was torn down around 9 years ago because it didn't curb the issue. The wall didn't work out the way it should have because it was just a bunch of concrete slabs stacked on top of each other (as pictured above). No graffiti artist would want to paint on that due to the fact that their pieces wouldn't look all that great from all the slabs being separated. So, in a large scale attempt to prevent graffiti vandalism, there should be a new wall put in place that's bigger and better that allows graffiti artists to express themselves legally (possibly like the legal wall in Danbury that's pictured above). Although it could be expensive, it is worth it! I believe fundraisers and donations could help the Borough of Naugatuck be able to cover the expenses. Please comment down below your opinions on this!
