NVCC Hosting Annual Alumni Speakers’ Panel
Naugatuck Valley Community College is hosting its second annual alumni speakers' panel featuring a panel of 3 graduates.

WATERBURY, CT - Naugatuck Valley Community College is hosting its second annual alumni speakers’ panel featuring a panel of 3 graduates. The 2019 Alumni Speakers’ Panel includes John DiCarlo, Director, Municipal Shared Services, Naugatuck Valley Council of Government; David Love, Team Lead, Edgewood Chemical Biological Center; and Mari-jean Morelli, RN, BS., Senior Case Manager, Alexion Pharmaceuticals.
For many alumni, success began at NVCC. To celebrate their achievements, the College will host its second annual Alumni Speakers’ Panel on Thursday, November 7, 2019. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. in Founders Hall, Center for Health Sciences. A reception with refreshments and an alumni art exhibit will open the evening.
Each year, NVCC hosts a panel of alumni, whose powerful stories of personal and professional success began at the College. The Alumni Speakers’ Panel illustrates these possibilities by introducing examples of successful professionals who began their careers at NVCC. The intended “take-away” is they did it, and you can too. NVCC is “here to help.”
Consistent with the theme of leading by example, the event features a mixed media art exhibit by alumni who produced works of art after their graduation from NVCC. Featured artists include Mads Sheikh, Joshua Poole, Beth Edwards,
Angel Bleggi, Sarah Kushwara, Isabella Hernandez, Jordan Antrum, Quiana Stanley, Emily Mansi, David Flook, and David Rascati.
This event is free and open to the public. Space is limited, please register to attend:
