Parental Obligations
Where does the parental rights begin and where do they end. I have a troubled daughter who I have tried to help. I am in despair.
Any parent who has a child, even an older child, with a mental disability such as bi-polar disorder or some sort of major depression, I would like to begin a support group. I have been victimized by my daughters' disorder but I am willing to help at any cost. I know there are others out there who have experienced destructive behaviors as a result of the disorder. Lets get together to help each other survive through this dilemma.
