• Ex-Naugatuck Teacher Arrested, Police Say (patch.com) — Naugatuck parents are being urged to review their children's online communications after a former local teacher was arrested on a charge of harmful communication with a minor. Police say the Naugatuck Board of Education alerted them in June about concerns involving a 15-year-old, leading to an investigation, the teacher's arrest, and his removal from district employment.
