Press release
Torrington High School Student Theatre will be presenting Lerner and Loewe’s Brigadoon on the Little Theatre stage at Torrington High School on May 2, 3 and 4. This classic musical tells the tale of the magical Scottish village of Brigadoon which only appears to outsiders once every hundred years. Brigadoon was the first musical presented on the Little Theatre stage in 1970 and will be the last musical presented on that stage as Torrington Public Schools looks forward to the opening of its new 7-12 school building with an all new theater facility.

The lead roles of Tommy Albright and Fiona MacLaren are played by sophomore Nathan Pepler and senior Abigail Foulds. The two sing such famous duets as “Almost Like Being in Love” and “The Heather on the Hill”. Abbey Young (Meg), Tristan Thompson (Jeff Douglas), Angel West (Charlie Dalrymple)) and Freyja Harrell (Jean MacLaren) round out the supporting cast with Ace VonRichtofen (MacLaren), Xavier Vega (Archie Beaton), Luke Le (Harry Beaton), and Gio Quinones (Stuart Dalrymple).
