Tickets on Sale for 'Songs for a New World' at the Nancy Marine Studio Theatre

Torrington, CT – The Warner Stage Company will present Songs for a New World, June 14-22, in the Warner’s Nancy Marine Studio Theatre.
Composer Jason Robert Brown says, "it's about one moment. It's about hitting the wall and having to make a choice, or take a stand, or turn around and go back." These are the stories and characters of today, the Songs for a New World.
Brown transports his audience from the deck of a 1492 Spanish sailing ship to a ledge 57 stories above Fifth Avenue to meet a startling array of characters ranging from a young man who has determined that basketball is his ticket out of the ghetto to a woman whose dream of marrying rich nabs her the man of her dreams and a soulless marriage.
The Warner Stage Company production of Songs for a New World is directed and choreographed by Katherine Ray with Music Director Dan Koch.
Cast includes Matt Martin (Meric Martin's twin brother!,) Mensah Robinson (one of the princes in Into the Woods at Brookfield Theater for the Arts,) Caitlin Mandracchia (Fiona in Brigadoon at Richter) and Holly Martin.
