'Unresponsive' Naugatuck Man Hits Parked Car, Rescued By Cops, Charged with Drug Offenses: Police
Naugatuck police say they observed the accident scene and they had to force entry into the car in an effort to reach the man.

Naugatuck police say at 12:17 a.m. officers responded to a recent collision of two vehicles in the area of the Cumberland Farms gas station at 563 North Main Street.
One vehicle apparently struck a parked car and the striking vehicle was still running and occupied by Louis Lacman, 24, of Platts Mill Road, who appeared unresponsive, police said.
Police said they couldn’t reach Lacman because the car doors were locked and they had to force entry to reach him because of the medical emergency.

As police were entering the vehicle they could allegedly see drugs in the vehicle, police said.
Lacman was taken to a local hospital and was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was held on a $25,000 bond.
