The Watermark at East Hill Partners with HealthPRO

Therapist team recruited for the continuing care retirement community

The Watermark at East Hill announced today that it is partnering with HealthPRO, a national provider of therapy management and consulting services. Through this partnership, the continuing care retirement community expands its rehab and specialized care services to include individualized therapy programs for all levels of care.

“Providing the best service and care for our residents is our main priority,” said Executive Director of The Watermark at East Hill, Connie Haworth. “We are excited about our partnership with HealthPRO, and look forward to having a team of highly skilled therapists at our community to provide residents with the care they need to thrive.”

The addition of professionals with concentrations and specialties brings unique capabilities to The Watermark, including the ability to manage lymphedema, balance disorders and vestibular dysfunction. The professionals joining The Watermark at East Hill include Rehab Director Jennifer Cangialosi, PT; physical therapists Diane DiMauro, PT, Susan Moriarty, PTA; occupational therapists Karen Fogel, OT, Jeremy Luena, COTA, Linda Losito, COTA; and speech therapist Amanda Barry, SLP.

“Our mission is to provide health organizations and retirement communities, like The Watermark at East Hill, with programming that engages residents through their aging process,” said Cangialosi. “To achieve that, we match our professionals with the organization’s and residents’ needs.”

In addition to their diverse background and skill set, the HealthPRO professionals will use outcome tracking to measure The Watermark residents’ progress as they provide outpatient, clinical, and memory care programming, as well as a focus on overall wellness.
