Attorney Blames Waze App For Fotis Dulos Leaving CT: Report
Jennifer Farber Dulos has been missing since May 24, and her estranged husband who was charged in her disappearance, is not to leave CT.
NEW CANAAN, CT — Fotis Dulos, the estranged husband of missing New Canaan mom Jennifer Farber Dulos, crossed state lines into New York, which may be a violation of the terms of release on bond, reports NBC Connecticut.
In addition to agreeing to wear a GPS monitoring device when he posted bond earlier this month, Fotis Dulos also agreed not to leave Connecticut without prior court permission. He also had to turn over his passport.
It does not appear that he had obtained that permission, as one of his attorneys told the television station that the navigation app Waze is to blame for temporarily directing Dulos into New York as he was traveling to a property he owns in New Canaan. NBC Connecticut's report is based on two unnamed sources who are familiar with the case.

Fotis Dulos, and his ex-girlfriend Michelle Troconis, were arrested a week after Jennifer Dulos disappeared and were charged with tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, and first-degree hindering prosecution. Both have pleaded not guilty.
Jennifer Dulos has been missing since May 24, and while state police wrapped up a search for clues at a Hartford garbage plant, the investigation into her disappearance continues.
