Decision Reportedly Reached In Sexual Assault Of A Child Case In New Canaan
The accused was arrested in July 2015.

NEW CANAAN, CT — Charges of second-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a minor were dropped last week against Bayron Castro, 50, a former New Canaan resident, in connection with a July 2015 case, reports the New Canaan News.
Castro was alleged to have sexually assaulted a three-year-old girl on four occasions at the Little Children’s Home Day Care facility, which was owned by his wife.
The defendant pleaded not guilty, and his attorney told the publication that prosecutors could not prove the charges, which led to the dismissal.
