The segment featured Dr. Oz with panelists Mara Schiavocampo, Dr. Clay Watson and Joey Jackson, and it leaned heavily on information from the recent arrest warrant documents.

Dr. Oz: “So Mara, Kent Mawhinney, this is the lawyer, he was reportedly arrested at gunpoint which seems pretty aggressive. So they were taking this stuff seriously. What is his connection to this crime?”
Mara Schiavocampo: “Boy, is this an interesting development. Now, Kent is a longtime friend of Fotis, but he's also an attorney, and he has represented Fotis in the past in a civil case. Now, officials are saying that in this case, he was part of a conspiracy to help Fotis kill Jennifer, and dispose of the body, and they're saying that he did this in a few ways. Officials are claiming that Kent, before Jennifer's death, dug a grave in the woods behind a local country club, presumably to have a place to dispose of the body, and Jennifer's body has never been found.”

Fotis Dulos and ex-girlfriend Michelle Troconis, who also was charged in connection with the murder, are currently free on bond; Mawhinney has not been able to post bond and remains in custody.
