Michelle Troconis Reportedly Moves Items Out Of Fotis Dulos' Home

Troconis, a suspect in the disappearance of New Canaan mother-of-five Jennifer Farber Dulos, appeared in Stamford Court on Friday.

STAMFORD, CT — On the same day that she appeared briefly in Stamford Superior Court, a report surfaced that says Michelle Troconis has removed the last of her personal belongings from the Farmington home where she used to live with Fotis Dulos, the estranged husband of missing mom Jennifer Farber Dulos.

The Hartford Courant writes that Troconis' belongings have been retrieved by members of her family in separate trips over the past couple of weeks, and the items were taken to her new home in Avon.

Troconis is barred by the court from communicating with Fotis Dulos while the two face charges of evidence tampering and hindering a prosecution in connection with Jennifer Dulos' May 24 disappearance.

Fotis and Jennifer Dulos were in the midst of a contentious divorce and child custody battle at the time of her disappearance, and Troconis and her daughter were living with him through their arrest a week after Jennifer Dulos went missing. How long Troconis remained in the home following the arrest, and the status of her relationship with Fotis Dulos was not known, though attorneys had indicated at one point that they may no longer be together.

On Friday, Stamford Superior Court Judge John Blawie continued Troconis' case to Dec. 6, after her attorney, Westport's Andrew Bowman, said he was still "reviewing and investigating" the mountains of discovery evidence provided by the prosecution.

Prior to the brief hearing, Bowman and State's Attorney Richard Colangelo met with Blawie in chambers, but what was discussed was not disclosed.

However, Blawie said in court that he was pleased to hear that Troconis was continuing to adhere to the terms of her release on bond, which includes wearing a GPS monitoring device and not traveling outside of the state. During the summer she received court approval for a brief visit to New York State to see a friend, but that trip was cut short due to a temporary malfunction of the GPS device.

Both Fotis Dulos and Troconis are accused of discarding various items soon after Jennifer Dulos disappeared, and some of those items later tested positive for her blood.

Prosecutors also claim that Troconis admitted to state police that some of her earlier statements about the case were not truthful.

Fotis Dulos is due back in court on Nov. 6.
