Search For Missing New Canaan Mom At Hartford Trash Plant To End
Mother-of-five Jennifer Dulos, 50, has been missing since May 24, and state police reportedly are wrapping up a search at a garbage site.
NEW CANAAN, CT — New Canaan and state police continued the search for clues in the disappearance of New Canaan mother-of-five Jennifer Farber Dulos Wednesday, with investigators again at the Hartford MIRA (Materials Innovation and Recycling Authority) plant.
By Friday, however, the search at the facility is slated to end, and authorities did not find key evidence, sources reportedly told the Hartford Courant.
New Canaan Police Lt. Jason Ferraro gave no new insight into what may have been discovered thus far in the search, but he said that a body that was recovered Wednesday from the Connecticut River at Glastonbury's River Front Park was not that of Jennifer Dulos. The identity of the deceased man had not yet been released, but authorities had been looking for someone in the Connecticut River after that person fell off a boat over the weekend.

"As of this morning we have received over 800 tips related to the investigation of Jennifer Farber Dulos," Ferraro stated. "Video requests are over 80 submissions from surveillance cameras."
Both Fotis Dulos and Troconis are free on bond, and they became suspects in disappearance after surveillance video spotted people fitting their description dumping bags of garage and other items on Asylum Avenue in Hartford on the day Jennifer Dulos disappeared.
Many of those items were recovered and tested, and police discovered that they were stained with Jennifer Dulos' blood.
