More Repairs Approved For New Canaan's Waveny Mansion: Report

Crews are currently at the site repairing the building's roof.

NEW CANAAN, CT — Additional repairs totaling just over $212,000 for New Canaan's Waveny Mansion were approved by the Board of Selectmen this week, reports the New Canaan Advertiser.

Crews are currently at the mansion working on the roof, and the additional repairs will include more roof work, some replacement doors, window repairs and other work.

The 115-year-old building is currently undergoing about $2.3 million worth of preservation work, and the $212,000 will come from the project's contingency funds.
