Troconis In Legal Fight Over Belongings At Dulos Home: Report

FARMINGTON, CT — Michelle Troconis' attorney has filed a motion in probate court to allow her to retrieve her personal belonging from a home she shared with the late Fotis Dulos, the man accused of murdering his estranged wife, Jennifer Farber Dulos.

The Norwalk Hour reports that attorney Jon Schoenhorn also is trying to get Christopher Hug, the attorney overseeing the estate of Fotis Dulos, removed as administrator due to what Schoenhorn argues are Hug's conflicts of interest. Schoenhorn claims Hug has thwarted his client from retrieving items from the Farmington home.

Troconis is facing charges in connection with Jennifer Dulos' 2019 disappearance, including conspiracy to commit murder. In recent months, Schoenhorn has taken an aggressive tact in defending his client, and is seeking an emergency court hearing to relax the conditions of her release on bond.

Jennifer Dulos disappeared on May 24 of last year and has not been found. She was in the midst of divorcing Fotis Dulos when she vanished, and prosecutors believe he murdered her. He committed suicide in January before he could stand trial.

Troconis is next scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 6. Kent Mawhinney, an attorney and former friend of Fotis', also was charged with conspiracy to commit murder, and he is scheduled to appear in court on July 9.
