Two Children Reported Missing In New London

NEW LONDON, CT — Police are asking for the public's help in finding a missing 4-year-old girl and her 3-year-old brother. Gabrielle Brown went missing Monday. She was last seen wearing a pink coat with her mother and 3-year-old brother, Emanuelle Brown. She is 2'10" and weighs 40 lbs. Emanuelle Brown is 2'3" and weighs 30 lbs.

Police reported that the children's mother is Manuela Brown, 34. She was driving a 2006, four-door gray Nissan Altima with Connecticut license plate AT10992.
