Susan M. Dombrowski has joined Norwich based CorePlus Federal Credit Union (www.coreplus.org) as Director of Marketing and Public Relations. Dombrowski is a 1985 alumna of Norwich Regional Vocational Technical School, and is a 1990 graduate of Southern Vermont College, Bennington, VT. She graduated with High Honors and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a minor concentration in Marketing. She also spent a semester abroad studying International Business Affairs at Oxford University in England.
Dombrowski previously worked with the Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Connecticut as Membership Sales and Retention Coordinator. Most recently she was a Group Sales Manager at the Hilton Mystic, promoting meetings, conferences, banquets and special events for both social and corporate clients. At CorePlus, she will be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the credit union’s marketing and public relations programs.

Raised locally in Preston, Susan now resides in Franklin with her husband Tom and their two cats. She is a member of the Town of Franklin Board of Finance and Planning and Zoning Commissions. Susan is also a member of the Southeastern Connecticut Women’s Network, and serves as the membership chair on the Board of Directors. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, traveling and cheering for the Boston Red Sox, Boston Bruins and Manchester United, an English Premier League soccer team.
