Apartment Complex Nearly Complete In New London

NEW LONDON, CT — A new major apartment complex, the first to be built in the city in at least 10 years, is nearly complete, as reported by the New London Day. The finishing touches are being completed by A.R. Building Company.

According to the Day, the complex is expected to host a wave of upscale units that will cater to an influx of Electric Boat employees, as well as other professionals. The 104-unit complex is located at 60 Mansfield Road and cost approximately $15 million to build.

The complex contains studio, one and two-bedroom apartments, according to the Day.
