BMW and Benz Seized During New London Drug Search

New London police said they also found cutting agents, packaging material, marijuana, and additional controlled substances.

NARCOTICS ARREST — On Tuesday, Jan. 20, at approximately 9 a.m., investigators from the New London Police Department Narcotics Division executed a search and seizure warrant for a residence located on the second floor at 25 Lee Ave.

During the execution of the search warrant, investigators located Justin L. Price, 27, and William Urso, 21, in the residence. Officers searched the residence and reportedly located a large quantity of heroin, cutting agent, packaging material, marijuana, and additional controlled substances.

In conjunction with the seizure of the narcotics, it was determined that two vehicles owned by Price, a BMW and Mercedes Benz, were acquired from proceeds related to alleged narcotics transactions.

  • The vehicles
  • Other items related to the proceeds of the sale of narcotics
  • A large amount of U.S. currency

Price was arrested on the following charges and is being held on a $75,000 bond:

  • Possession of Heroin
  • Possession of Marijuana With Intent to Sell
  • Possession With Intent to Sell
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
  • Operating a Drug Factory.

Urso was arrested on the following charges and held on a $50,000 bond:

  • Possession of Narcotics
  • Possession of a Controlled Substance
