Drug Dealer Busted Near New London Elementary School: Cops
Police said they found several grams of heroin, cocaine and crack cocaine in the suspect's possession.

Heriberto “Flaco” Quinones, 45, was arrested Friday on multiple narcotics charges for allegedly selling drug within 1,500 feet of a New London elementary school, according to police.
The Norwich Bulletin reports that police busted Quinones in his Crystal Avenue apartment, which is within 1,500 feet of the Winthrop STEM Elementary Magnet School on Grove Street.
Police said they found several grams of heroin, cocaine and crack cocaine in Quinones’ possession.

He was charged with:
- Three counts of possession of narcotics
- Three counts of sale of narcotics
- Sale of narcotics within 1,500 feet of a school
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Operating a drug factory
