Drug Factory Operation Arrests Made by New London Police
A New London man and woman were arrested on Oct. 23, after police conducted a search and seizure operation.
At approximately 9 a.m. Friday, Oct. 23, New London Police VIS and Narcotics officers, along with members of the Connecticut State Police Statewide Narcotics-East, served a search and seizure warrant at 58 West Coit St. #1, after a lengthy investigation.
Officers located 92 bags of synthetic marijuana (commonly referred to as K2) with a street value of almost $4,000, a facsimile firearm, drug packaging paraphernalia and over $1,300 in U.S. currency.
The New London Police Department also seized a motor vehicle as a result of the arrests.

Anthony Anderson, 31, of 58 West Coit St. #1, was arrested and charged with:
- Three counts of risk of injury to a minor
- Operating a drug factory
- Possession of hallucinogenics
- Possession of hallucinogenics with intent to sell
