Deans Mill Farm 

Built in the mid-1700s as a functioning livestock farm, Deans Mill Farm has gone through an evolution in recent decades. A full renovation of the historic buildings and rejuvenation of the surrounding 70+ acres has made the property into the incredible venue it is today. Deans Mill Farm now operates primarily as a private event space and five-room bed and breakfast tucked down a private road in Stonington, Connecticut. It shares its property with Dragonfly Equestrian Center and is home to dozens of horses. On the property lies meadows, hiking trails, beautiful fields and Dragonfly Disc Golf. As midterms approach at New London High School, the Public Library of New London is pleased to offer students a quiet, supervised place to study for their exams. The Community Room will be open for students studying for their mid-term exams January 17, 18 and 19, 2012 from 2:00 pm – 7:00 pm.  Healthy snacks will be provided and librarians will be on hand to answer reference questions, offer study tips, or help with homework.  Preregistration is not required for this free event.
