The PLTI trains, inspires and empowers parents & community members to become effective advocates for children. PLTI is a statewide initiative created to improve the health, safety, and learning of Connecticut's children and improve the quality of life in our communities. It is a weekly course starting on Saturday, January 22, 2011 with a retreat, and then meeting weekly through June, on Tuesday evenings from 5:30-9pm. Dinner and childcare is provided. This is open to parents & adults 18 years and older. CEUs and college credit is available.
