Centro de la Comunidad is offering 8-week conversational Spanish classes beginning January 17. The Beginner class will meet on Tuesday nights and Advanced Beginners on Wednesdays, both 7 to 8:30 p.m. at 109 Blinman Street in New London.
Katrina Bercaw, an experienced and enthusiastic teacher who has spent time in eight of the twenty countries in Latin America, will teach the classes. Students will focus on conversation, reading and writing, including vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation.
