This special City Council meeting will include a meeting with state representatives and senators on legislative issues at 5 p.m.; a 6 p.m. meeting with Rear Admiral Sandra Stosz, superintendent of the , on the role of the academy and cadets in New London; and a 7 p.m. presentation on the City Council's recommendation that be brought up to ADA compliance and that the recommendation be returned to the School Building and Maintenance Committee to develop a phase-in construction schedule.
