The City of New London has changed the Humanitarian Emergency Lifeline Program’s (H.E.L.P.) phone number. Moving forward residents can call the H.E.L.P. Line during COVID- 19 for direction on food resources, unemployment, evictions, housing matters, healthcare, or anything else due to COVID-19.
