On this RN Wednesday, meet Danielle Amaral, who works on Unit 4.1.
Before joining the 4.1 staff, Danielle was part of the Clinical Design Unit, a unit at L+M where new graduated nurses receive additional training before transitioning to other areas of the hospital.
“I love it,” she says. “Being in the Clinical Design Unit last year was an excellent transition between nursing school and a busy floor like Unit 4.1. I’m still learning each day, integrating what I learn and therefore improving my practice so I can better serve our patients.”
