The RN Wednesday camera lens this week is focused on Francesca Bianchi, who works on Unit 6.2.
“I enjoy my job so much because the people I work with are my family,” Bianchi says. “I love them.”
Bianchi adds that end of life issues, hospice care and oncology are important to her work on 6.2. “It’s so rewarding to get to know my patients and their families and be able to advocate for them,” she says.
