L+M RN Wednesday -- Gretchen Edstrom

On this RN Wednesday, meet Gretchen Edstrom, a member of the team at our Joslin Diabetes Center. 

Gretchen has been at L+M for 15 years, and, last year moved from the inpatient world to a new challenge – working as a Diabetes Nurse Educator.

“Every day, I meet with people who are struggling to make crucial lifestyle changes,” she said. “It is rewarding to spend time with patients and families, teaching them ways to feel more healthy.”
