This week, we shine our RN Wednesday spotlight on Joann Regan, who has been at L+M for 12 years, the last eight in the Intensive Care Unit.
“I love the one-on-one care I can give my patients,” she says. “It’s different every day, and I love the teamwork in the ICU. I know I can depend on my coworkers and that, together, we’ll do whatever has to be done to give our patients the care they need.”
