For this edition of RN Wednesday, we head back to the Emergency Department at Pequot Health Center. There you’ll meet Kim Lima, who has been at L+M for 25 years – with most of her time spent in emergency medicine.
“I absolutely love what I do,” she says. “My goal is not only to give the best possible care to my patients, but also to make them smile. If I can do that before they are discharged, then I consider my job well done.”
“I also love to make the staff I work with laugh,” she adds. “A happy work environment makes a productive one.”
