For this RN Wednesday, meet Nadia Mironchenko. Nadia, who works on Unit 6.2, started at L+M in 2011 as a PCA in the float pool.
She began her career as a nurse when she started on L+M’s Clinical Design Unit (Unit 3.6) after graduating from nursing school.
Nadia has been caring for patients on 6.2 for a year. “I like the variety of patients I see,” she says. “I enjoy getting to know them as we take care of them.”
