Man Found Dead At New London Sober House: PD
Police said they are investigating after a man was found dead at a sober house in New London.

NEW LONDON, CT — Police said they are investigating after a man was found dead Tuesday at a sober house in New London. Both fire personnel and police responded to the Prest Street location after receiving a report of a possible overdose at approximately 10:52 a.m.
According to a release, emergency personnel located a man lying on the floor with no apparent vital signs. He was later pronounced dead by medics in consultation with an Lawrence + Memorial Hospital physician, police said.
The deceased male was identified as 30-year-old Zachary R. Ramsdell, whose last known address was in New London, according to police.

The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner was notified and is assisting with the investigation, which police said remains active.
