Man Found Shot in New London Parking Lot: Police
Police responded to calls over the weekend that a man had been shot in a parking lot.
NEW LONDON, CT – Police said they are investigating the Saturday night shooting of a 29-year old man, The Day reported.
Officers responded to calls around 8:30 p.m. claiming a man was shot in a parking lot on Hawthorne Drive, according to The Day. Jerimy Escalera was found in the lot, bleeding from a wound.
Escalera was later flown to Yale-New Haven Hospital for emergency surgery, according to The Day. Police are investigating the situation.
