Murder Charge Awaits New London Man: PD

He is being held as a fugitive from justice in Missouri.

NORTH STONINGTON, CT — A New London man was arrested in Missouri as a fugitive from justice after he was accused of murdering his cousin in North Stonington during April, according to police.

James Armstrong, 30, will be charged with murder. He refused to waive extradition went caught in July, according to The Day.

Sebastian Sidberry, 31, was shot in his home on the Eastern Pequot Reservation.
