New London Cop Arrested For 4th Time; Police Release New Details

NEW LONDON, CT — A suspended police officer in New London was arrested for a fourth time on accusations that he violated a protective order.
Julio Gil-Martinez, 29, was arrested Monday and charged with first-degree stalking and violation of a protective order, according to WTNH News-8. He is accused of showing up at the victim's home, places of work, and other places.
Gil-Martinez was also charged earlier this month with violation of a protective order. He was also arrested in November and January in the ongoing domestic violence case.
