New London Fire Displaces 15 Residents
A Sunday afternoon blaze ripped through a residential building.
NEW LONDON, CT — Fifteen residents at 1 Farnsworth St. were displaced following a Sunday afternoon fire, The Day reported. Emergency crews responded to the call around 4 p.m. and had the fire under control by 4:30.
The Red Cross is assisting displaced residents. No one was injured in the fire.
The blaze resulted in damage to all three floors of the building, according to The Day.
