New London Firefighters Assist in Waterford Business Blaze
Firefighters responded to the building fire, which was unoccupied at the time.

WATERFORD, CT- Firefighters responded Friday evening to a fire at Bottinelli Custom Monuments, The Day reported.
Firefighters responded to the wood-frame building close to 9:45 p.m. and were able to knock out the fire with assistance from the New London Fire Department, according to The Day. The entire process took approximately 17 minutes.
Reports of the fire were called in by residents after they noticed smoke coming from the unoccupied building, The Day reported. Crews sprayed water through the window before entering the building and finishing the job.
