New London Gives Update On Garbage Pick Up Due To Snow

NEW LONDON, CT — City officials said due to the significant amounts snow in the forecast for Tuesday, most public works resources will be directed to roads, sidewalks and schools. There will be no garbage pickup Tuesday, March 13 in the city of New London.

Officials said the Tuesday route will be picked up next Tuesday on schedule, according to a release. Any resident who experiences a reasonable trash hardship due to the delay is asked to call 860-447-5250.
