New London Landlord Charged with Enticing Minors, Producing Child Pornography: Police
The suspect was charged by state authorities months ago with arranging to meet a 13-year-old girl and pay her for sex.
NEW LONDON, CT - A New London landlord was arraigned on Thursday for federal sex and pornography charges, The Day reported.
Richard Bruno, 46, of Waterford is charged with trying to entice a minor to engage in illegal sexual activity, according to The Day. He is also charged with producing child video pornography.
The suspect was charged by state authorities with arranging to meet a 13-year-old girl in May and pay her for sex, The Day reported. He is due to appear Monday in New London Superior Court.
