New London Man Arrested After Allegedly Shooting at a Woman: Police
Police responded to reports of shots fired in the area that led to an arrest.
NEW LONDON, CT – A man was arrested Thursday after allegedly shooting at a woman, The Day reported.
Police received calls close to 6 p.m. reporting shots fired during an argument, according to The Day. Shareefe Flanders, 32, was subsequently arrested by police on a number of charges regarding the incident.
Officers were able to locate the alleged victim on Friday, who they said had been hit in the back by the projectile of the weapon, according to The Day. The woman had not been seriously injured.
