New London Man Arrested on Multiple Charges After Running from Police
He is accused of selling heroin that "numerous people" have overdosed from.

NEW LONDON, CT- Police tracked down and arrested a man Wednesday suspected of a number charges related to selling narcotics.
Officers stopped Kellon McPherson, 21, in his car around 12:30 p.m. while driving, according to a release. McPherson subsequently ran from police, who set up a perimeter with the assistance of Waterford Police.
Police had learned of McPherson’s supposed violent tendencies, which was their reason for setting up a perimeter. They had also received information that numerous people had supposedly overdosed on heroin sold by McPherson.

McPherson was later found by police hiding in a backyard. He was arrested on six charges, including sale of illegal drugs and interfering with police.
