New London Police Arrest 4 on Narcotics Charges

NEW LONDON, CT – Police made four arrests Sunday at approximately 6:23 p.m. on charges involving narcotics after executing a search and seizure warrant.

During the execution of the warrant at 10 Walker Street, officers located and seized both heroin and money, police said on Facebook.

The following individuals were subsequently arrested:

Mariano Rosado-Rolon, 34, of New London

Frank Badillo, 55, of New London

Alberto Ortiz-Mojica, 36, of New London

Derik Romero-Morales, 27, of Jacksonville, Fla.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police immediately.
