Detectives used the surveillance cameras at the store to locate Henry Rogers, 42, and the victim's property. Additional items located are believed to be from other burglaries, for which police are working with other regional departments to identify victims.
Rogers was held on a bond overnight and transported to court Thursday, where he broke away from officers upon reaching the courthouse and lead them on a brief foot chase. He was located in the rear yard of a residence on Brainard Street.
