New London Police Arrest Wanted Suspected Narcotics Felon

NEW LONDON, CT - Police said they arrested a man considered to be a wanted felon early Thursday morning in New London.

Members of the United States Marshals' Violent Fugitive Task Force and the New London Police Department apprehended Delby Perez-Rosario, 35, of New London at approximately 6:06 a.m.

The suspect was wanted on felony narcotic charges in Delaware, including drug dealing and aggravated possession. Perez-Rosario was processed at the New London Police Department and charged with being a fugitive from justice.
