New London Police Investigating Body Found in Yard of Vacant House
Police are looking into the death of a man whose body was found in a yard.
NEW LONDON, CT – Police are investigating after a man was found dead Tuesday in a vacant house’s backyard, News 8 reported.
The victim has not yet been identified until proper notification of family has been made, according to News 8. He has been described as an African American male in his thirties.
The man was found at 18 Groton Street, and appeared to officers to have been dead for about a day, News 8 reported. The cause of death remains under investigation, however no suspicious activity is suspected.
