New London Police Investigating Patient's Death at Hospital
Police are currently investigating the situation.
NEW LONDON, CT- Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a patient at Lawrence + Memorial Hospital on Monday, as reported by The Day.
David Blauvelt was found dead by staff in his room close to 10 p.m., according to The Day. They claimed he had died by asphyxiation.
The State Chief Medical Examiner is scheduled to perform an autopsy on the victim, The Day reported. Police are still investigating the situation.
