New London Police Seek Missing Teenager
Anyone with information is urged to contact police immediately.
NEW LONDON, CT – Police hae sent out a silver alert regarding a missing local teenager.
Jancarlos Torres, 14, is considered an endangered runaway, He is described as white with blonde hair and brown eyes.
Torres has been missing since Wednesday. He is approximately 4 feet and 11 inches tall, and weighs about 100 pounds.
